The map

Four links, each with a job for AI and a job for you

An SMM manager does two jobs at once: the conveyor and the decisions. The conveyor repeats every day and follows rules well, so a set of services can take it. The decisions stay with you, and the map shows exactly where.

Claude on a schedule

Topics and content plan

AI

Every morning it finds fresh news, drops repeats and sends 5 topics to a Telegram bot.

You

You pick one topic with a button.

02
Claude and a voice file

Copy for each platform

AI

Writes a separate text for Instagram, Threads, X and YouTube from your samples and rules.

You

You edit and approve. Nothing goes out without approval.

Scheduling

AI

Puts the video and posts into queue slots and fits the format to each platform.

You

You set profiles and slots once.

04
ChatPlace

DMs

AI

Replies to people who comment a keyword under a reel, checks they follow you and sends the material.

You

You choose the keyword and the material for each reel.

Prompts

Three prompts the conveyor runs on

Copy them, replace what's in square brackets and keep them handy. The order matches the links: topics first, then voice, then copy.

01.Morning agent: 5 topics to Telegram

It starts on its own on a schedule, so the prompt has to stand alone: the agent works without you and will not ask follow-up questions.

>You are the content editor for [niche] and [audience]. Every morning: 1. Find 8-10 fresh news items from the last 24 hours. Sources: [vendor blogs, changelogs, niche channels]. 2. Drop anything we covered in the last 30 days: [link to the list of past topics]. 3. Score each topic from 1 to 5 on three things: value for [audience], whether there is something to show on screen, whether it fits a 30-second reel. 4. Keep the best 5. For each: a working headline, one line on why it matters, a link to the primary source, the score. 5. Send the list to the Telegram bot with a pick button under each topic. Do not publish anything or write posts until I have picked a topic.

Keep the last line. A scheduled agent runs unattended, and a rule written down is safer than trusting the model's judgement.

02.Voice file: once, then with every request

Copy quality depends on what you give the model. This prompt turns your style into rules you can keep as a skill or a separate file.

>Here are my best posts, 5 to 10 of them: [paste]. Build a voice file from them: - how I open a post and how I close it; - sentence and paragraph length; - words and phrases I use often; - words I never use (add "unique", "revolutionary", "in today's world"); - what I never promise and never write about. Format it as short rules. Keep my posts at the end of the file as samples.

Reread the file once a month. Without edits the voice drifts toward the internet average.

03.Copy for each platform

One post for every platform does not work: a reel, Threads, X and YouTube differ in length, hashtags and where a link works.

>Topic: [the chosen topic and a link to the primary source]. Use the voice file [voice.md]. Write four texts: 1. Instagram reel caption: a hook in the first line, up to 5 hashtags, ending with a call to comment the word "[keyword]". 2. Threads post: up to 500 characters, one idea, no hashtags. 3. X post: up to 280 characters. 4. YouTube Shorts description: the key search phrase in the first line, then 2-3 sentences. Check every fact against the primary source. If a fact is not there, leave it out. Do not publish anything: return the texts to me for approval.

Platform character limits change, so check them once a quarter.

Checklists

Autoposting and DMs: what to check before launch

You set these two links up once, but a mistake in them is visible to every follower. Go through the list before the first post.

Autoposting: Upload-Post

  • Connect your platform profiles. The free plan allows two, and TikTok is on paid plans only.
  • Set queue slots instead of exact times, for example weekdays at 10:00 and 18:00. Each new post takes the nearest free slot.
  • On the first post, check by eye how the service fitted the caption to each platform.
  • Connect the Upload-Post MCP server to Claude so an approved post goes into the queue by itself.
  • Upload to TikTok as a draft and publish from the app: the service itself recommends this for organic reach.
  • Do the maths: 10 uploads a month is enough to try the setup, not for daily posting.

Keyword DMs: ChatPlace

  • One short keyword per reel that is easy to type on a phone: "guide", not "I want the guide".
  • A first card with a button, for example "Get it". The tap counts as a reply and opens the window for the next messages.
  • A follow check: followers go on, everyone else is asked to follow and comment the word again.
  • A link to the promised material. Test it from another account.
  • A minute later, a second message: a link to your Telegram channel or website.
  • Watch the limit: after 200 contacts a month on the free plan, automations stop until the reset.

The Meta rule nobody mentions

A bot can reply to a comment in DMs with exactly one message, and only within 7 days. After that it may write only if the person replied, and only within 24 hours of that reply. That is why the button on the first card is required: remove it for a cleaner message and the chain stops at the greeting.

The stats loop

Once a week: numbers, conclusions, three changes

A conveyor needs feedback, or it spends weeks publishing what does not work. You do not need a dashboard: a table with four numbers per post and one prompt on Friday are enough.

  • Reach
how many people saw the post
  • Saves
    how useful the content is
  • Keyword comments
    how many went to DMs
  • Clicks
how many reached the channel or site
>Here are this week's numbers for each post: [table: platform, topic, reach, saves, keyword comments, clicks]. 1. Name the three posts that worked best and what they share: topic, first line, format. 2. Name two that did not work and one hypothesis why. 3. Suggest three changes for next week, one per link: topics, copy, slot times. Do not draw conclusions from a single number: if the difference is under [20%], say so.

Feed the changes from the answer into the morning agent's prompt and the voice file. That closes the loop without you doing the routine.

What AI does not replace here

  • 01

Strategy. The agent picks topics by your own rules. Why the account exists and where it leads a follower is your call.

  • 02

Brand voice. The model imitates samples rather than holding a voice on its own. The voice file needs rereading and editing.

  • 03

The publish button. One bad post on autopilot costs more than a minute of review, so approval stays with a person.

  • 04

Real conversations. The bot hands out material by keyword. Hard questions, complaints and sales with objections go to a person or a separate sales agent.

The setup replaces an SMM manager on a small account, where all of SMM is the conveyor. On a large one, where the main work is decisions, it takes the routine, not the role.

The bill

Where "$0" ends

Plans as of 3 October 2026

On free plans the whole setup costs nothing if you already pay for Claude: the morning agent uses your plan's limits and adds nothing to the bill. Every free plan has its own ceiling, and as you grow you hit them one by one. Even on paid plans it is a fraction of an SMM manager's salary, but it also does less: the setup takes the conveyor.

  • Claude: scheduling on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise only
  • Upload-Post: free up to 10 uploads, Basic ≈ $24/mo
  • ChatPlace: free up to 200 contacts, Pro ≈ $20/mo
  • paid setup ≈ $44/mo plus a Claude plan

Prices are approximate. Services change plans and versions often, and scheduling in Claude Code is still in research preview: check current terms with each vendor.

Build it yourself

Six steps from the first reel to the machine

The order in which the links pay off fastest. Do not build it all in one evening.

1 / 6

01.Start with DMs

One keyword under your next reel, a card with a button, a follow check, a link to the material. It pays off from the very first video.

This is a map, not a manual. Building business automations step by step is covered in the course.

Tested on our own channel

We built this setup for our own channel and reels. It took about six hours to configure and covers what used to be a week of manual work: picking topics, copy for each platform, publishing and sending material in DMs. A person still approves every post, and that is not a temporary measure.
